Software engineer - platform
We are looking for Kubernetes platform developers who have a high capacity for growth and are eager to learn and make an impact in the cloud infrastructure space. Our ideal candidate:
  • Is passionate about distributed systems, APIs, cloud computing and scalability. 
  • Has developed (preferred) and/or used Kubernetes products in the past.
  • Recognizes the challenges, complexities and tradeoffs to be made when building and deploying new systems to production.
  • Can collaborate on a team to build, review and help design high quality code, while also demonstrating a high degree of ownership and autonomy. 
  • Is thoughtful about user experience, especially for other engineers. ​
Account executive
  • You have experience running full life cycle sales (including prospecting) for a technical product in enterprise infrastructure space, preferably in Kubernetes eco-system.
  • You understand how technical products solve business problems and are able to work closely with multiple stakeholders to create the justification.
  • You are an excellent communicator and great storyteller.
  • You put the customer first and are an incredible problem solver always finding a way to help our technical users develop solutions to complex problems.
  • You are self motivated.
  • You're obsessed with hitting your goals and work hard to get it done. You have a competitive personality and get excited about learning and growing in your career. Naturally you have an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion to improve. When you have a great idea, you aren't afraid to follow through with it!
Solutions architect
  • Lead the technical pre-sales process by defining and scoping customer engagements
  • Interest and experience in Kubernetes eco-system and deploying to private and public cloud environments
  • Act as a trusted adviser to guide customers through their adoption of Elotl products during an engagement
  • Be an advocate for the customer by capturing feature requests and product defects
  • Understand customer-specific use cases to build solutions that incorporate Elotl products
  • Define and delegate tasking for consultants and customer teammates
  • Help ensure the overall success of a customer engagement
  • Help maintain a community for documenting best practices for the adoption of Elotl products
  • Manage stressful situations with calm professionalism, empathy, and compassion
  • Actively engage with the Elotl community and related open source projects to foster adoption
  • Help evangelize Elotl products and services through speaking engagements (conferences, meetups, webinars) and content (blogs, articles)
